India faces first defeat in cwc 2011 with South Africa - Highlight Videos

After a long awaiting till late night, South Africa won India by 3 wickets. However, Sachin Tendulkar has extented his record of highest centuries in the ICC World Cup by making his sixth century against south Africa.He also completed 2000 ODI runs against South Africa. He had 111 runs for 101 balls. Indian players could not play freely yesterday and was limited in 295 runs. Virender Sehwag made 73 for 66.Gautam Gambhir had 69 for 75 and other could not stay long.
South Africa had got the target at the last over i.e 49.4 For South Africa Jacques Kallis hit most 69, Hashim Amla 61, AB de villiers 52. South Africa has got 6 points and remains in thirds place after India who has 7 and West Indies also 6 in the point table.

 

Steyn wins the Title Man of the Match for his maiden 5 wicket haul.
